Returns & Refunds:
11.1. If when you receive your Skin it is damaged or faulty in any way, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your skin and we will arrange for a replacement skin to be sent to you straight away. We will ask you to return the skin to us, the cost of which we will cover. In all cases you must return the skin unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. Please inform us in writing if your skin is faulty or incorrect by emailing us at email@example.com. You may of course call us if you wish to speak with us, but we will also ask for an email confirming the issue.
Returning an Item:
12.1. All items that are made to order and not "A Stock Item" are not eligible to be returned under the Distance Selling Regulations as they have been personalised by you the customer, i.e. have a name, number, photo or other personal text etc. All stock items can be returned if you not happy for any reason, please the instructions below to return your stock items.
If you are returning a DesignedbyFitzy item you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it until you return it. All DesignedbyFitzy items must be returned unused on their backing in the original packaging.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns RMA number, without this number we cannot accept any returns. We must be informed of any returns within 14 days after receipt.
Customers are responsible for the Return Postage Costs and all returns must be sent via either Recorded or Special Delivery for proof of return delivery.
13.1. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of refund request.
